If you are not satisfied with your order in any way, you can return the products to our gallery in Innsbruck (Maria-Theresien-Straße 34, 6020 Innsbruck), to our gallery in Vienna (Seilerstätte 7, 1010 Vienna) or send it back to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. Products must be in original condition.

If a wrong delivery has been made or the goods have been delivered defectively, we will bear the costs of the return.

All refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
