Since the mid-eighties, the Austrian artist Franz West has ranked as one of the outstanding personalities of the international art scene. Under the title “Appartement”, the publication shows a number of older and newer works. Various room situations, not unlike spacious, semi-furnished living rooms, correspond with the diverse functions of West’s art.
